Part Big Boss - spare parts not delivered

I had ordered two spares parts for my ambassador car, i.e., front window regulator Rs. *** and front suspension bush kit Rs.***/- vide order number ********* from partbigboss. This item is not delivered nor is the refund promised for these items credited to my credit card account.
