Ekula Ramachander Rao filed complaint against Videocon on Mar 15, 2020
I raised a complaint regarding display issues with my **inch *k videocon led tv on **th of Jan **** and next day a technician arrived opened the device took photos of the components inside to send it to videocon to determine any external damage and assured me that within two weeks the company will send me a spare part of the display panel as it is faulty since my T.V is under extended warranty and charged me INR *** for visiting. After a * weeks, I called the customer care to check the status of the spare part they informed me that the part was approved on **th Jan **** but was not dispatched even today after * months they provide me the same information and request me to wait for some more time without allowing me to speak to any superior staff who can resolve this issue. The service is pathetic and the executives have no idea when the spare part will be delivered and say that the spare part is under testing phase and will be sent once it's over. They provided me with an email id customercare@vgmail.in to communicate with their superiors but the response from this email id is always computer-generated auto-replies which are irrelevant.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
