We placed an order for a modular kitchen with the Spacewood Franchise is Mangalore for our apartment. Only after the installation we realized that they have not supplied as per the order confirmation.
*. Blum Intivo was ordered and paid whereas Antero tandem boxes supplied.
*. Wicker baskets not delivered.
*. Warranty certificate and documents not submitted.
*. * no door shutter having scratches, to be replaced.
We were asked to make ***% payment in advance.
We have been following up on the above issues however no positive response received.
