Motorola - Soundbar s one speaker is not working

I had ordered a Motorola Soundbar from Flipkart, and unfortunately, the product is defective – one side is not working.
A technician visited on *nd October ****, verified the issue, and confirmed that the product needs replacement/refund. However, even after several complaints and follow-ups, there has been no further action from your side.
This delay is extremely disappointing. I have been a regular Flipkart customer, but this kind of service is unacceptable. Kindly process my replacement or refund immediately. If I do not receive a resolution within the next ** hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to:
