Sony India Private Limited - Sony denies to provide replacement for flawed earbuds that has worldwide battery drain issue

I have been given a quotation of Rs. **** to change both earbuds of my WF-****XM* due to battery drain issue which has not even been more than * yr since it was bought in fact same issue was faced in March **** that time it was in warranty you guys replaced both earbuds and now just not even * yr since replacement the same issue occurs. I have heard this issue being faced by all users of WF-****XM* globally and many have got it replaced out of India (users). This is just unfair again I will face the issue and keep on changing the earbuds and pay exorbitant charge of Rs.**** because of Sony's design flaw for battery management. Why am I suppose to be accountable and pay every time this issue gonna happen?. This is wrong. I can in fact file a consumer case against Sony for providing such flawed model globally and not being accountable for it later also
I can file a consumer case against Sony for providing a flawed/defective earbuds that were replaced during the warranty period which I will do if incase you are unable to co-operate
It's less than a year since both earbuds were replaced due to the same battery drain issue
Plus when it was replaced last time during the warranty period there were sign of major scratch on the earbuds which indicates they weren't new but were the ones repaired
