I purchased a Sony Bluetooth (Black) from Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited, Site No.*, Sriram Layout, Near Avila Convent, Thadagam Main Road, Venkitapuram Post, Coimbatore - *** ***. GSTIN/UIN: **AAECP****G*Z*. Date of invoice **/**/**** which carries a *-year warranty. I was not able to approach the said stores earlier because of lock down. I went and asked for exchange of the defective piece, which was very promptly refused by the stores. My repeated request made no effect on the store official. I had shown them the purchase invoice, still they refused to exchange for a new Sony Bluetooth replacement.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
