ICICI and AXIS Bank - Someone cheated money by fraud details and reason and money cheated through banking channel

Payment transferred to a fraudulent client of ICICI Bank and AXIS Bank and in spite, money has put a lien on their respective account after filing a case in cybercrime department, Mohali (Punjab) and after requesting from my Bank Kotak Mahindra Bank the above-mentioned banks refused to revert my money to my bank account.
