Woodlands worldwide - Sole of shoes making irritating noise making it unfit to wear

*.I had purchased a pair of shoes PWR MAN BOOT GB *******, CAMEL, ** on ** Feb **** from Woodland showroom in DLF Mall Of India * Unit, Noida.
*. I am a serving Indian Army Officer currently posted in a field area. I didn't use the shoes because I was posted in a forward area. However, while on leave, when I recently started using it, I found that the shoes make irritating noise from its sole. When I purchased it, I didn't notice as you don't walk much in the showroom and perhaps there was the floor was carpeted.
*. It may be appreciated that we need to attend many formal functions hence, wearing shoes which make loud irritating noise with each step is extremely embarrassing.
*. I have given the pair of shoes to your show room in Prominade Mall . I am enclosing the bill and deposit receipt.
*. I expect you to either remove the problem or give me an option to exchange it with some other shoes (which does not have rubber sole) and does not make noise. In case, I need to pay some difference, I will.
*. I have hardly worn the shoes but, strangely your sales person under the policy of the company has made false statement by ticking poor condition of the shoes.
*. I am sure your company doesn't work to cheat the customers hence, I expect a positive response. It's not understood as to why do your company is making such shoes at the first place.
