Lalit Chaudhary filed complaint against Sparify on May 16, 2026
I had purchased a product online, but I entered the wrong delivery address, because of which the product was delivered to the wrong address. After that, I returned the product from there itself.
Now the issue is that I have paid again to get the product delivered to my updated address, but the company is saying that the product is currently out of stock. I want to file a complaint in consumer court because I had already paid for that product, so how could they sell it to someone else
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
