Royal furniture - Sold me worst product

My name is Thoulath begum.I am from aruppukottai at virudh nagar dist Tamil Nadu.I purchased king size wooden bed and mattress around *****/- on dec ** ****.They promised me the wooden bed is best quality and the wood name is Vengai. But within one year wood is breaks itself like thermocol.I called up to the shop owner and discussed about the wooden bed but he not responding me.He told me once goods sold I don't do anything whatever it's you do like this. That's why I complaint here.Please get my refund from their and insist them to take the wooden bed again to shop. Thank you Sir.
