Nafa is big cheating company. They sold me used gift voucher and they never reply. I have mailed them, sent them messages in WhatsApp, called them but they never reply. I have attached a proof as photo that book my show customer care sent me about used voucher.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
