ovantica - sold me a damage iphone and now not picking calls

i bought iphone ** mini on *nd of april **** from ovantica and the payment mode was online at once after * days i received the phone but that time the phone wasn’t opening and i have called them they just talk and did nothing after i have to fixed that from my area local phone shop it got on and the charging of my phone reduces as speed of light but the main issue is on ** of september i got bold green line on right side and now it’s increasing and have called them after many struggles they pick up and said we’ll fix it but i said i want refund thet said okay but as protocol we will first pick up the phone from your house and then money will be transferred. now no one is picking up any of my calls or my mom’s calls no reply on whatsapp or email . please please sir help me i am a student of *st year i am whole studies are in it help me to get my refund .
