ZUNROOF SOLAR SYSTEM - SOLAR RELATED

Dear Sir,
I have got a solar system installed from Zunroof company. It has been almost * months now and the entire process has not been completed yet. The solar system has been taken on installment from Credit Fair company and three installments have been deducted. Whereas Zunroof people had said that when your solar system gets started, then your installments will start getting deducted. For the last three months they are saying that they have applied for your net metering but they are not even giving the receipt of payment on asking. Every two months we have to pay the electricity bill and installments also have to be deposited and on calling they are not even answering.
