Luminous Power Technologies Pvt Ltd - Solar Power System failure Company not taking responsibility

Hello,

I was sold a solar system of luminous from the dealership on **-Jul-**** in Ratlam (M.P.)

I was promised to save a large amount of money on electricity bills using this solar system which company claims https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfkQbEQBZoA

The systems were faulty and they were giving a lot of issues, so consequently I logged in complaints with complaint numbers ********** and ********** but nothing happened.

After my electricity bills have gone up and I had lost a lot of money in electricity bills, I have suffered a lot mentally and financially. I had paid *.** Lac to the dealership and other costs to install the solar rooftop systems at my home eventually coming close to * Lac rupees.

Now when I am reaching out to them, they are not resolving my issue and they have said that all the systems are working fine there is no fault with Luminous systems.

Very much surprising. I have all the information over email and I have all the bills etc.
