*.Sh Vishal Rishi, of Embolden Solar, took advance of Rs ******/- ( One Lakhs) thru PNB Chandigarh cheque, for installation of Solar Panels at my house No. ****, Sector **-D chandigarh, in the month of Sept ****.
*. The above person has frame for the panels with in the month of Jul ****, after lots of persuasion on whatsapp and telephone. Eversince then he has stopped picking my telephone numbers, with works worth *****/- having been done, presently at a standstill, against total work cost of around ******/- ( Two Lakhs fifty thousand approx).
*. There is no response from Sh Vishal Rishi, as to completion of works nor refund of advance of one lakhs. the regd letter are being sent back undelivered.
*. the matter has been addressed to GM Industries Jallandhar sometime back.
*. Request help in completion of work or ensuring refund is made effective. His few items are lying and others erected, at my home billed vide invoice No. T**-**/* dated ** Jul **** by Embolden Solar
