Raghu s Kitchen Vijayanagar stage Mysore - Soil in idli

I had ordered * idli and * set masala through Swiggy in Raghu's Kitchen Vijayanagar *nd stage Mysore, I'm suffering from high fever, migraine, sinus and cough, I was unable to Cook food so I ordered here, while having * bite of idli there are some crunchy thing I felt in it, couldn't swallow it, I raised complaint through Swiggy chat, what they can do I took restaurant contact number, but that number belongs to cashier, I dnt understand jus an apology soil idli turns in to good no, Im keeping that idli in fridge like that only, till I get solutions from consumer court, that's the one proof I have with me. I would like to file complaint against the restaurant, owner n his workers'
