I ordered a * seater sofa from this website for which the advertisement was flashed on Facebook. No information regarding order was provided to me either through email or message. I decided to contact them through means of email (which is the only way mentioned on website). I got a very short reply what changes says that order is arranging shipping. After that, there is no sign of the order or any related reply, in spite of my sending many mail. Request to take urgent and necessary action against them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
