Amit enterprises housing limited suddenly stopped maintenance of Astonia Royale in March **** citing ‘Funds exhausted’ .
We are not provided with amenities promised in agreements dated ****. Our cooperative housing societies are not formed by Amit Enterprises until today, after * years of partial completion of the project. We formed individual societies and formed a federation of societies to look after.
We are demanding the corpus as a fixed deposit so that we as a Federation we can take care of all basic necessities of the society. We are also demanding all amenities as promised by Amit Enterprises via signed agreement.
