NBCC has used bad quality material in building their NBCC Heights project, in Sector ** Gurgaon.
Today, a long part of boundary wall just collapsed to adjacent property, causing damage to both people & their property.
Along with it, there is continuous seepage of water in basement plinth, causing structural damages.
Recently, HT electricity panel burnt causing long interruption in power supply. It's still not fixed, the whole circuitry is bypassed. There is a major risk of electricity supply, fluctuations, risk of catching fire, as well.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
