Post Office - Social media and phone scam for second hand activa

Social media and Phone scam for second hand Honda Activa *** Scooter (MH**BM****). I found ads on Facebook and OLX for selling Honda Activa *** Scooter (MH**BM****). The fraud owner selling this scooter for Rs *****. I found it to be a good option so I called the fake owner Mr Ramsingh Chavhan(M-+**-**********). He told me that scooter is in Solapur, MH. He will send that scooter to my location to view and if I am not interested to buy the same army courier person will take it back. I was totally convinced by this. He told me to send my address and aadhar card soft copy. I had sent local my address and aadhar card soft copy through WhatsApp message. After a few hours, he told me to pay courier charges Rs **** to Army post officer account. He sends me the account details of the post office and said to pay the charges and then he will send the receipts. I got convinced in the name of Indian army and transfer courier charges amount in the following account

After a few hours when I call him for receipts he sends me the courier receipts with army logo in my WhatsApp number. He said the scooter will be delivered the next day from ** to * pm.
Next day the courier person calls me from ********** numbers and said the parcel is stuck near to my location due to pending of delivery. I had to pay Rs **** and clear pending then it will be delivered to me. I understood it was a scam and said I will not pay any more charges. I called to scooter owner Mr Ramsingh and told him to return my money. He denied refunding me and used some slang language to me. It is a big concern about how that person doing scam using the name of the Indian army. I am sure I am not the only victim there may be many victims for such scams from that person. I found the big mistake that I did I send a soft copy for aadhar card to the fake person I am afraid it can be misused by the person. Request to take necessary action and punish the person.
