RedBus India and Balmukund travels - Social distancing senitization and thermal screening not available in Bus

I booked ticket from RedBus on **th of June **** for **/**/** for Ahmedabad to Junagadh. I checked all buses and done booking in Balmukund travels for my Father, Mother and Wife (She is pregnant) after checking that this bus are following social distancing (in one double sofa only one person can sit), Giving senitizer to everyone, thermal screening for all passenger for regular interval and following all government regulation for issue for Clovid**. But when my family member depart in bus there is no any senitizer or thermal screening or social distancing (* -* passenger siting in single sofa - In multiple sofas). I paid extra money for this bus and they told my mother to sit with my wife in single sofa. By doing all this they risk all my family member life. Please help me.
