Smuglr - Smuglr Package not delivered Scammer

I ordered a pair of Yeezy ***'s from Smuglr.in . They said they would deliver the product in * to * days. Before placing the order, they were quite responsive on their Instagram handle and were replying to my messages very soon, after I placed the order and transferred the amount of Rs ***** to them, neither have I received any updates on my order nor have they replied to my messages on Instagram. I feel cheated, hence this complaint.
