Have ordered for ** units of smart tv octa air digital tv antenna on **st January **** and made full payment I have not received the product till Date and have made several complaint which goes on deaf-ears sent Email to their Smart TV support and they keep repeating that I will receive the product even after a request for cancellation and refund, I have checked the Tracking and its not even processed
