Harshitha reddy filed complaint against Asus India Flipkart on Jul 20, 2020
It has been a month since I purchased my notebook. I am getting port *.* s.m.a.r.t status bad press F* for resume. Even after trying few solutions it is not booting up. I called customer service and asked for resolving it using onsite warranty..they said they can't provide onsite and I had to visit service center which is closed.. I tried calling them again and there is no response. It is really disappointing that my hard drive seems to be crashed. So please help me with this issue as I need to work through this..
