I have ordered a product on meesho and it was delivered on *th April. According to the meesho policy, customer will revieve smart coins after * days of delivery but i don't received them yet.
Order costs me double the actual cost as smartcoins worth rs. *** are not received.
Customer service providers are also fooling. They just gave the complaint no. But didn't resolve the issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
