I order a panty from pantyavenue.com. In an ad of this panty shows free size but when I received a parcel it's a nude size. I'm continuing mail to the company, please cancel the order and give me refund the amount. But no one replying to me. What should I do? Yesterday I got a call from the company and they asked for my bank details. I said no. Then they said that we will provide a refund in the bank so I gave the details. The cost of the panty is ***. And they did fraud with me and debited *** Rs. again. Please kindly take action for this. I request you to help me in getting my refund of **** Rs.
