Adri infocom pvt ltd - Slow internet speed

Hi Team,

I am facing slow internet speed since last * months.

After complaining multiple times to the customer care, the issue is not resolved and wrong assurances were given multiple times.

I always pay in advance to the ISP.
However, they never deliver their promises and are very unprofessional and least bother about my inconvenience.

I would request you to kindly take strict action against the ISP and I need my refund of Rs **** for * months service and the installation charges which was almost ****.

My special request to you to kindly cancel the reseller ship of a this particular agent of mine.
