Honourably, we jio consumers in this region have been facing a lot of problems with the internet as well as the network over the past several months. But Jio has a tower nearby though the internet disconnects * km away. We have complained to the departmental authorities several times in this regard but they did not give importance.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
