Dell Vostro 3681 - slow

We have purchased a Desktop Dell Vostro **** from M/s. Infinity Computers, Indore (M.P) vide their Inv No. IC-**** dtd **.**.****.We have purchase this desktop since Dell name is having a good reputation among its users and also we are using Dell Laptop from **** which is giving trouble-free performance. So, we decided to go with Dell. Although we were thinking to purchase a Laptop, we went with Desktop as the sole purpose was to use the system for online classes at our director’s home. From the beginning, this desktop was giving trouble. Online classes are conducted through Zoom but it is frequently interrupted as the system is very slow. We have reported the matter to Infinity computers and they have done the formatting *-* times in which you please understand this desktop is less than * months old only. Even after doing number of formatting and repair work by the Infinity Computer persons, there was no improvement in the system. Due to very slow, system is not in a position to use now. As mentioned above, the sole purpose was for online class, so no data is stored in the system. It is just used to run Zoom application.

So, we want the replacement of this desktop as we do not believe repeated repair work will give any satisfactory result and the system is brand new and latest model.
