Sleepycat - Sleepycat selling normal form mattress as memory form mattress

I have bought * mattresses from sleepycat a King Size and a Queen Size.

There seems to be an Issue with memory foam on the King size mattresses, it's not showing any characteristics of a memory foam mattress it feels and acts like plain sponge/form.

I have been using a peps memory foam mattress for a couple of years now and I know how it feels like and this King Size Sleeplycat is not at all memory foam.

Where as the queen Size mattress seems to be in showing the characteristics of a memory foam mattress.

I did contact the support but they are not willing agrees the item is defective and advised me to keep using the same.

I have sent them video showing the difference in each mattress, comparing both sleepycat memory foam mattress(Queen & King Size), you can clearly see the difference in the video.
