I am writing to formally lodge a consumer complaint regarding my purchase of Slaint Pro TWS Earbuds (Black). The product has stopped working within a very short period of use, despite normal handling and usage.
As per the product information, the earphones come with a *-month warranty, and therefore I would like to redeem the warranty service. The device has become non-functional within weeks of purchase, which indicates a possible manufacturing defect or product quality issue.
I request immediate action to repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost under the warranty terms. Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide clear instructions on how to proceed with the warranty claim.
If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time, I may be compelled to escalate the matter to the consumer protection authorities.
