I have purchased my headphones from Mumbai Airport, after one month of use it stopped working and not its not even charging and not responsive, and they don't have proper customer service, I have sent the bill photo to them, but they are denying the warranty for * month old product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
