Getlook Salon - Skin and Eyebrows badly damaged by Getlook Professional

I booked a getlook at home professional service for my mother on the **th of Feb. The professional was not trained and has scratched my mother's eyebrows badly and has peeled off the skin from her underarms during a waxing session. The professional asked my mother to rate the service with * stars as well and we realized the very next day that she has damaged the skin very badly. Now, it has been more than ** days and Getlook has not provided us with any resolution regarding this. They keep saying that we will call you back but no resolution on calls.
