Skil Lync - Skill Lynk crecdec Loan Cancellation

My complaint is about Course cancellation and loan closure.
I am Rakesh from Telangana. i got a call from skilllync on Nov ** and he convinced me to you got a job guarantee . he made so many fake promises.he done payment of ***** on **rd Nov*.**pm after that he joined in the course. for the course registration regarding he asked my personal documents aadhar, pan, bank passbook, photo but after somedays he called me to you are not crossed ** years old please send your father details and i have sent my father details also on Nov **th. after the next day i got a call from crecdec to send my father pan card and i called to skilllync sales specialist to whoom this takes a loan without intimation he convinced me we are taking care about payments you are not needed to pay our company will pay. loan is disbursed on **th nov. after that he paid * months of EMI. after that he left off from paying u have to pay the remaining, I requested to skill lync for Course cancellation and loan closing crecdec they will directly decline to me and telling me job guarantees etc.
Then i talked one-to-one with the loan providing company named crecdec for cancelling my loan disbursement. They told me to wait till the issue get resolved...but when i reached their helpline nos. they were unavailable.
I raised so many ticket on skill lync website stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. After ignoring my issue for several days, they called me and when i told about my problem, the support person tried to convince me by saying job guarantees with higher CTCs, refund policy, etc. The person closed my ticket from their website and she agreed to let me talk to higher authority..
Again no response for *-* days !!
Now when i talked to higher mgmt person, stating everything from start till end. I told her about fake promises given by sales person and my financial issues.I have sent the proofs paid by sales person to the skilllync. i got a call from executive named Mosses about these payments. he said that these payments are done by u only our sales manager said that u are not well known about the payments and thats why he paid only by sendind the money from my side. i am also said to him it is completely false. once check about that payment reference id.
now the emi is overdue for ****** months. i have also said to crecdec manager about loan is taken without any intimation. he suggested me to give a police against skill-lync. i have given complaint on police station. but there is no response. please i want to close the loan immediately.
Now i want to cancel the course and closing of loan from crecdec. i want you to resolve the issue.
