I had ordered Corelle Tan Faux Leather Belt from Lea Clothing Co. They had two soize options in this product: XS-M and M-XXXL. I had selected the size option M-XXXL. In their sizing chart, size M should fit waist **.*" and size XXXL should fit waist **.*".

I received a belt with the label XXL. And the maximum waist size it could possibly fit is **".

When I requested that the item be returned and the amount be refunded to my payment account (or exchanged with a product that is the right size), they cancelled my return request and informed me via email that my request had been rejected because they only refund via store credit.

I wrote back to them, asking that when the return request is based on an error that is very obviously on their side, why should I accept store credit? I would not want to buy anything from them in the future since they clearly do not adhere to their size charts.

It has been * days and they have not replied to this email yet.
