I enrolled in PlanetSpark on ** March **** after being introduced from there representative . I was looking for a structured and engaging learning experience in [Public Speaking, Communication Skills, Creative Writing, etc.], and the platform seemed to meet those requirements.
After signing up, I was assigned a demo session with a teacher, which I attended on **th March. Based on the session and the follow-up consultation, I purchased a course package comprising [** classes] sessions for [Thirty six Thousand-*****], which was paid on [**th and **th March].
I attended two classes. However, I later faced personal circumstances which hindered my ability to continue with the course as planned.
Due to change in circumstances], I am no longer able to continue with the program. As per there refund policy and consumer rights, I want to file a complaint to return of the full amount paid.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
