Bello Jewels Pvt Ltd (gautam Khurana) (23 Mgf Mega City Mall, Mg Road, Gurgaon) - Since April 2018 the Refund is withheld by Bello Jewels Pvt ltd for 2 Pre-Paid Online Orders of mine

Today (** December ****) I want to tell you about a Fraud (Scam) that Bello Jewels Pvt Ltd (which owned Barishh.com) did with me in April ****. Till now, I am waiting for my money.

On ** April **** from Barishh.com, I placed an Online Order (# Myblk*****) for **-Mukhi Nepali Rudraksh (Sku Id# Rj-**********). I paid Rs. *,*** via Paytm. But on same day, I was informed (via whatsapp) by the Staff of Barishh that this Item is Not in Stock. And hence this Order was Cancelled on Same Day (** April).

On ** April **** from Barishh.com, I placed an Online Order (# Awhig*****) for *-Mukhi Rudraksh (Sku Id# Br-**********). I paid Rs. *,*** via Credit Card. But on ** April, I was informed (via whatsapp) by the Staff of Barishh that this Item is Not in Stock. And hence this Order was Cancelled on ** April ****, by Bello Jewels.

Since May ****, I am chasing Barishh (and Bello Jewels) via eMail, Whatsapp, Sms and Calls for the Refund of these * Orders (*,*** + *,*** = **,***/-) which were Cancelled by Barishh because the Items were Out of Stock. Till date I have Not Received my money.

On ** July, I emailed (whatsapp, Sms also) them saying that after * August, I will file a Case in Consumer Court if I don't get my refund. But it had no impact on them.

In August-September, I kept requesting them (via email, Whatsapp, Sms etc.) for this Refund, but the Staff and Owner of Barishh (and Bello Jewels) just made excuses of all sorts.

Then on **-** September ****, I told them (via Whatsapp) that I lodged Consumer Complaint against them, and as a result, *-* Consumer Forums are offering me help to fight the legal battle against Barishh (of Bello Jewels). This made them nervous, and they made a partial refund of Rs. *,*** via Paytm. But they still did Not refund in Full (Rs. *,*** pending) because they wanted to wait for few days, until they are contacted by any Consumer Forum (whichever filed a case on my behalf).

Since * October ****, the Owner (Mr. Gautam Khurana) kept lying that he would pay me anytime (via Paytm) and hence complete the Pending Refund. But thereafter, till date Barishh (Bello Jewels) has not paid any further amount as refund.

Till now (** December ****) after * Months, I have Not Received my money for these * orders. As of now, an amount of Rs. *,*** is still pending as Refund. That too for those orders which were cancelled by Barishh itself.

Please Guide What Should I Do to get my money back, from such people. Below are the details of this company.
