My idea sim (**********) which I purchased in Hyderabad has been deactivated, and now when I am trying to activate it in Bihar, it's not allowing me to get it activated in another location. I would like to get some aid and reactivate my sim as I have all my identity information Linked to it.
Please allow me to get this activated here, as else I will need to travel to Hyderabad even without any surity whether I can issue a new sim with same number or not. I can provide details to update my KYC data, and then get a sim activated here in Bihar.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
