The Gorgeous Hair - Silk Hair Topper

I have ordered *** Hair Topper through customer care number +** ********** on *th September, Order no **********.
I received the order on **th September ****, but it seems to be a used product and not a fresh piece as there are many dirty spots and corners are damaged already.
I am really disheartened after receiving the product, never expected such a product after paying **k. I immediately informed customer service through whatsapp within an hour after receiving the product but the response I received was highly unprofessional.
When I have requested to arrange a return and refund my money, they blocked my number.
Then I gave my comment on their instagram profile, then they blocked me in instagram as well.
Now I am pretty sure that the company is fake and they are cheating customer by taking high amount from them .
