Jawa 42 - Silencer rusted and become a hole

I have booked my bike on **** and delevered that is tha first batch vehicle so that company said that tha silencer and SHOKABZORB will be replaced by tha company at that time i can't bring it to tha showroom now iam able to bring it to the showroom they are not claim for my bike

Bike is getting heat while riding.. Even on small ride , bike get to hot and it's wave comes till driver seat.. It get difficult to ride in such a heating condition
