* - Club house is still not available after years of possession of residential area
* - Retail area inside the society is still under construction
* - Green area promised behind D block at the time of booking is still not available after more then a year of possession. Same was escalated to project team at the society many times.
* - Available Security guards numbers are not in line with actual required numbers, their demeanour and work ethics are also questionable
* - Water quality is very bad with **** plus TDS leading to problems on the functioning of water taps and outlets. Every ** days there is very high residue lying in the water tank which has to be cleaned. There is requirement of soft water treatment plan in the society to solve this.
This is leading to frequency geyser and RO failure and not to mention inconvenience to the residents
* - DG usage is preferred way of electricity for JLL as their electricity boards are not able to handle / equipped to handle the current load, leave alone how they will manage when the resident increase in future.
* - Parking issue - We were promised covered parking in the society however * of * parked car will be half uncovered.
* - Sub par construction - Most of people including me already have cracks in the wall, tiles are cracked or their alignment is not as per requirement. Taps have acid stains, windows have scratched, toilet seats are getting broken already.
And when we call the helpline number either they dont answer and when they do it takes eternity to send sm* for repair. Most of the times plumber, electricity guy etc do not know what to do.
