Tccl - Signal is very low

I am banupriya from madurai.in my area cable is signal is very low.only * channel is telecast.i complaint about this issue many time to operator.but they did notsolve my issue and again I complaint via tccl customer care.they also didn't solve.both are very irresponsible while iam speaking.so pls take action against them and solve my issue
