HPN ROHTAK - Side effects from the medicine

i ordered a capsule for curing my sinus from HPN rohtak , capsule was also delivered but when i asked them about the side effects of the capsules they said that it does not have any side effects but when i started taking them my body faced side effects due to which i suffered , now they are denying and also not give any response of my questions , i am demanding for my fund back but no response is given from there
