Osom Wear - Short Garments

I ordered * tshirts and * shirts xxxl size. It took them ** days to have it delivered. The problem with all of them is that they are all short length wise by * inches. The size guide on their website puts xxxl size length at ** inches. All the shirts I have received are all * inches short. I contacted Vinod Pillai, the "founder" of the website who first asked me to wait for replacements as he was facing some issues with his printing machine. I agreed to wait and then he stopped responding to any of my phone calls. After one such unresponsive phone call, I received an email stating that replacement is not possible. I responded stating that I am willing to send back the gaemts as they are too short fore to wear and that I expect a refund. No response since then. I spent **** for this order, for gaemts which I cannot wear as they are too short. I am considering filing a police complaint if this continues.
The funny part is their xxl size is bigger than their xxxl size. Imagine that.
