I Vinay Maharana from Navi Mumbai KAMOTHE I reside here from ****, day before yesterday in this Quarantine Me and my Mother went to a shop for some shopping Name "Parivar store " it's a holesale retailer, after buying when I asked him for the bill he denied and said

"Arey sabpe MRP to likha hai fir bill q chahiye, " and then he gave me
Normal bill only in writing on a blank paper....

I am writing this to make you understand what is happening here and there are many things going on, I hope I can see something good from you
