Shopcluse - Shopcluse Luckydraw Scam

on **/**/**** I recived a call from a person saying that we are from shopeclues and you won a lucky draw and I got an MAHINDRA XUV*** CAR worth of (PRICE-**, **, ***/) and They ask me to pay ****
as registration fees and then also given their bank account number
*********** and IFSC CODE: SBIN******* but i said to google pay the number for goggle pay they gave me is ********** and i paid them money trough google pay then they said said that we will transfer **, **, *** to your account please provide your bank account number so, i gave them my bank acount number and IFSC CODE and they said me that sir we are not able to transfer the amount to your account please provide us service tax of ***** Rs then I realise that i got scamed and then I said them that I don't have that much money please refund me my money (****) and they called me i said them to return money and he started to abuse me said we can't then i got anger and i said them you will give us money or we will take some action
he started being rude to me and said do what ever you can do we will not refund.Then is searched this number on truecaller and i took the screen shot of the id shown there and there was picture of this person also and name was diwakar kumar yadav.

This is to shopclues if this is not from your company and somebody else is using your name and they have the details of your coustmers also I got into this trouble because I shoped from your site they also told me that which product i brought due to which i won this prize it means there is a leak in our personal information you are selling our data or its being stolen or whatever it is if this is case you should first improve your security because there are many people getting into this fraud only because they shop from your site and now its your responsilbility to take care fo this case because this all happned when I trusted your site.

kindly catch those scamer and do my refund(****) and improve your security so, that no one else got ito this scam.
