Local Vendor - SHOP KEEPER TOOK MY OLD MOBILE FOR RS 4500 FOR EXCHANGE OF NEW PHONE BUT NEITHER DELIVERY MY NEW PHO

There is a mobile shop in main bus stand Nowshera, District Rajouri J & K, name of whose owner is Shiv, Mobile No - **********. I ordered a new Oneplus Nord * from his shop. He took my old mobile Redmi Note * pro for exchange. More than ** days are passed but shop keeper is neither deivering new phone to me nor returning my old phone. He is also not accepting my phone calls. I am a university student and need mobile phone seriously for my studies. Please help.
