Dear Sir / Madam,

I wish to inform you that I stay at Borwali and had visited my sister's place in Thane on *th April ****. On the same day, I happened to visit the Shop called "NAVELI" in Thane to exchange my sister's Dress and Purchase New Dresses for me when the below incident took place. The details of the same are as follows:

*. The details of the incidence below:

a. On *th April ****, I went to the above mentioned shop to Purchase Dress for myself and exchange dress of my Sister.
b. There were some other customers in line, so we waited for our turn.
c. On our turn, we requested him that we want to purchase dress and exchange dress.
d. But, the shopkeeper was suddenly GOT WILD and started speaking to us very RUDELY.
e. He refused to show dresses to me for purchasing ( I don't know why ) and refused to sell flatly.
f. The shop keeper was so MANNERLESS that he was refusing to sale Dresses to me for no reason and UNFAIRLY and UNNECESSARILY and Non-TOLARABLE
g. Finally, I could not purchase dress at his shop.

*. Redressal needed immediately :

Considering his RUDE and very AROGANT behavior especially with the LADY Consumers ( me and my sister ),
a. GSTN No of "NAVELI", Thane, should be immediately suspended.
b. Because, this type of incidences and experiences may occur with other customers / consumers as well, License for selling goods should also be Cancelled.

Considering the Facts above, you are requested to take the immediate action and do the needful please.
