Shooseonloose - ShooseonLoose Travel Company Not Refunding the Money for Trip

I have planned a trip for Turkey with ShooseOnLoose Travel Partner. I had paid the booking amount of ***** INR . But due to Covid Restriction, I was unable to travel than after discussion over email I was given Voucher for Sep **** Travel Plans. But Now Since the Covid Situation is not ok I need money to be refunded but now their is no point of contact and they are not replying over the email.
I have email chat till * Dec **** where I was promised for Sep **** Travel Plan.
