New Balance India website - Shoes not received

I ordered a pair of shoes from https://www.newbalanceindiastore.in/ on **th November. Paid **** bucks extra for shipping, so I ended up paying around **** as I loved the shoes. Till date, I haven't received them, nor any update on the same. Have emailed Karen Lee (onlineservice.karen@gmail.com): the email I got the confirmation from, multiple times and was told that they are on their way a month back. She's now stopped responding to my emails completely. I've lost the enthusiasm completely for those shoes which were my birthday gift to myself!
All I want is my money back now!!!!
